Our Lamb roast is cut to approximately 1.2kg portion.
The legs of a lamb work hard, giving this cut a good strong flavour. Leg is great roasted whole on the bone, or de-boned and roasted in the oven on a low temperature for a longer period of time. It’s a fairly lean muscle, so take care not to overcook it. Serves 4 – 5 servings.
