Our Chilli Boerewors is packed in 500g – 600g packs.
The name of the food literally means “farmer’s sausage”, and it was often made by farmers from the animals they raised. Today it’s a a favourite for any Braai or BBQ. The standard meats used to make boerewors are beef & pork .
They are then mixed with spek, which essentially is diced pork or beef fat to ensure a juicy and succulent sausage. This with added chilli flavour is the best.
